1. Fill out the reservation form below. If you are travelling with another person who does NOT live at the same address as you, please have that person fill out a separate reservation form.
2. Click on the link to open the Terms & Conditions on the APWASI Tour Services (ATS) (ATS operates the APWASI Study Trips). Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully and check the box indicating that you agree to them.
3. Click on the blue “SUBMIT & PAY DEPOSIT” button at the bottom of the reservation form. This will take you to the Wine Tour website and secure payment page. Your non-refundable deposit payment of US$1000.00 per person per trip is due at this time to reserve your space on the trip (if you’re reserving 90 days or less from the trip start date, after paying your deposit you’ll be billed immediately for the full balance of the trip price). We accept Wechat pay and Alipay.
NOTE: Deposits are always non-refundable – please be sure you are able to pay the full price of the trip before you sign up.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please indicate that option on the reservation form and mail your check or money order for US$1000 per person, made out to
Apwasi Tours, 101 – 101-1001 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V6H 4E4. Please note that APWASI Tours can only confirm your reservation once your check has cleared the bank. (Again, if you are reserving 90 days or less before the trip start date, the full trip price is due).
You will be invoiced by email for the balance of the trip price, which is due 90 days before the trip’s start date.
